"Eggvocado" for Breakfast

Ever come across a really simple recipe that you just can't pass up trying? My sister came to spend the weekend and mentioned that she had seen a recipe for baking an egg in a halved avocado. I had just picked up a couple of ripe avocados, so we tested out this recipe for Eggvocado. We both really enjoyed the end result. We both topped our avo half with a little lime juice, cayenne pepper, and parmesan cheese and paired it with a toasted slice of my favorite Food For Life Ezekiel bread for a healthy & filling breakfast.
